The coLAB toolkit has been developed to help share the knowledge generated by the project team in an accessible, practical format. It is designed to offer focused, solutions-driven recommendations for those seeking to advance mutual understanding and inclusive practices by employing refugee tutors at universities. coLAB seeks to break down some of these barriers by inviting refugees to share their expertise with university students. The goal is to foster a sense of openness towards people from different cultures and backgrounds. On the other hand, invited experts could develop their network, their competences and were paid for their work. The coLAB toolkit aims to promote inclusive pratices among Higher Education institutions.
